Founder Mohib Alkozay brings more than 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, government, and infrastructure construction, supported by a background in Civil Engineering, project management, estimating, and large-scale construction operations.

Mohib’s journey was shaped by perseverance, faith, and determination. After losing his father at the age of five and his mother at the age of ten, he learned early in life the importance of responsibility, resilience, honesty, family values, and keeping promises. With the support of family, education, and faith in God, he built a career dedicated to construction, leadership, and serving others. These values continue to guide every client relationship and every project at Cosmo Builders today.

From 2007 to 2014, Mohib worked on commercial construction projects supporting U.S. Government and U.S. Army/USAID contractors. Between 2012 and 2021, he participated in the planning, management, and construction of schools, roads, government facilities, commercial buildings, residential developments, and public infrastructure projects in Afghanistan. These opportunities provided extensive experience in construction management, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, safety compliance, and successful project delivery on projects ranging from residential homes to large-scale developments.
