Determine the project scope, and what your budget will allow us for materials and finishing products. A prospective approx. budget for the project is prepared and reviewed with you during the preconstruction phase.
The consultation and site visit usually lasts about 1-2 hours. We will submit a preliminary
bid proposal and estimate typically within 3 days for competitive pricing on your basement finishing project.
The Design Phase
When the detailed proposal and plan are Approved, we enter the design and
Procure Architectural Drawings phase: With your input and specific goals, and design idea our architect and Project manager will start working to produce a blueprint, beautiful design, and construction documents for your basement finishing Project. Project Scheduling & Construction:
We use builder trend project management software to create a custom schedule for your project. We can pinpoint at any given moment what is happening on your project, and what will happen next. throughout the construction phase, you will have your own project portal on our website. Using this portal you can communicate with us efficiently and when it is convenient for you when we are not onsite. You will have A dedicated project manager in charge of your basement remodel. They will overlook the project and ensure that it progresses smoothly, on time, and within budget and construction quality control.
PUNCH LIST, AND PROJECT COMPLETION
Before the final handover, we conduct a walk-through of the project with you and prepare a final punch list of any items not yet completed. We will make every effort to complete based on the approved drawings and client/homeowner satisfaction. At this point, the project is completed, and your warranty period begins.
